Pascal Leroy’s discovery of propolis, beehive products and the analysis of their properties led him to create the Propos’Nature brand in 1998. His experience with natural and organic products stretches back to 1986 when, just after graduating, he became aware of the effectiveness of natural ingredients for balancing health, but also of the need to inform the general public as well as prescribers about how to use them on a daily basis.
Over the years and through its ongoing research, Propos’Nature has expanded its areas of action to include, in particular, organic cosmetics, marine-sourced dietary supplements, aromatherapy and phyto-energy therapy.
Propos’Nature wishes to ensure you thoroughly enjoy all the benefits of its natural active ingredients. All our products are made with constant respect for life and the environment, with ingredients that are ingeniously dosed to obtain optimal active ingredient concentrations in the products.
We ensure that all our products are of premium quality right from our responsible manufacturing process. Our high standards of quality are based on a series of rigorous controls taking into account incoming raw materials through to outgoing end products. Our products are never tested on animals and are organically certified by the Bureau Véritas Group.
As an expert in the propolis field for over 15 years, Propos’Nature proposes a comprehensive range of natural ORGANIC green propolis products. Gums, sprays, syrups, capsules and cosmetics are made using this rare and unique green propolis extracted from field rosemary and also known as Baccharis Dracunculifolia. Back in 2006, Propos’Nature was the first-ever European laboratory to have introduced organic green propolis from Paraná (a region of Brazil), a southern state that benefits from an exceptional natural environment, necessary for producing high organic quality plants. This variety of propolis, with its extensive powerful properties, benefits from a scope of action and effectiveness that is even greater than that of classical propolis.
What is propolis ?
A resin that protects the buds of certain trees such as poplar, horse chestnut, ash, willow and oak, propolis is harvested then transformed by worker bees who use it for various applications. It is mainly used as a material for protecting (natural beehive defender), insulating, building and repairing, in particular as “cement” for various parts of the hive. It seals cracks, reduces flight entrances and helps better control intrusion.
